[NEW!]Half Keel

I wanted to create a performance keel fin. I took the classic MR twin fin template and the Geppy keel, blending them together. I added height from the MR, increased the rake, and minimized the base of the Geppy. The result still provides the classic keel fin hold but with more maneuverability and drive.
