Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS. However, as we are a small operation, we kindly ask for your patience if additional time is needed.
• We ship within the United States.
• Please note that the $100 shipping fee applied at checkout for surfboards is a base rate. The final shipping cost will depend on your location and the size of the board. Additional charges may apply, and we will contact you if further payment is required before shipment. For more details, please reach out to us directly.

Returns

• All surfboard sales are FINAL. Surfboards cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we will assist you.
• Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or damage.
