[Who Is This Board For?]
・Surfers looking for the smooth, flowing feel of a true egg
・Riders who enjoy glide, trim, and clean rail engagement
・Ideal for those wanting classic design with modern usability
[Design & Feel]
Inspired by a 7'6" G&S Skip Frye from the late 1960s transition era — one of the early shortboard revolution designs — the Fryed Egg takes the original outline and refines it for a more versatile modern feel.
While the original board leaned heavily toward a hull-style design with extreme roll, this version reduces the roll for improved usability while keeping the classic character.
Bottom shape:
・Flat entry
・Rolled mid-section
・Flat off the tail
Features include:
・Down rails with a 60/40 feel
・Slight edge in the tail for control and release
[Performance]
Smooth, flowing, and balanced — the Fryed Egg captures the essence of a true egg while offering a more accessible modern ride.
